As an objective reflection, US and USFDIC-insured banks historically bankrupt themselves every generation and-a-half.  Thinking about how in 1984, Reagan won the Presidency and there was recession and bad financial and economic sectors until Clinton Administration took office in 1992.  This writer was a conscious child the whole time — six years-old when Ronald Reagan took office in 1984.  Despite subjective issues, this writer’s experience with life in general will write the socioeconomic history of late 20^th century financial policy.

Financial policy has a jagged history in the United States.  Most of the forefathers descended from serfs and meager religious families in England and mainland Europe. Our Forebear-countrymen were looking for better lives when they discovered the USA.  We socially prefer the word discovered not to deny there were people geopolitically already on the land, but because the English and mainland Europeans DID NOT KNOW THIS LAND [HERE] EXISTED.  Essentially, English and Mainland European Forebear-countrymen DID discover the USA; and it has taken One Hundred Congresses of United States government to show and explain why.

Our Forebear-countrymen arrived here with few resources and lots of a heart.  The concept of Manifest Destiny did not develop in our minds until the late 18^th and early 19^th centuries in the United States.  The Eastern Seaboard had developed, and the Midwest was just starting.  Combustible engine ships, also called steamboats, were recently invented and encouraged the use of waterways as trade routes.  For the three and a half to four centuries before these developments our FOREBEAR-COUNTRYMEN HAD NOTHING.  Our Forebear-Countrymen came from pauperism to join with Africans on this land where I learned to walk, write, and fight, and built the biggest political superpower ever known to mankind now known as the United States of America.

A healthy political machine requires nourishment.  This writer born into the end of AD (anno domini) 1970s grew up on a small parcel of land in a village in the northern section of the state of Illinois.  Illinois was started by Charter in the year AD 1821 (or around that year), right around the time that economic developments were being set-up by the recent steamboat invention.  Illinois has not so many waterways, but the few that it has were perfect for steamboat size and power.  Illinois was a central gateway from the Eastern seaboard to the Great Plains.  The Great Plains became important in middle and late 19^th century when West Coast expansion began.

The State of Illinois was started by Black people.  The Official Founder of the City of Chicago is Jean-Baptiste point-DuSable.  He was a Black Frenchman just like Atticus (Atticus, Crispus) of the Revolutionary War and other notable early Black people in the United States.  Because in the early United States, there was focus on growing the country than the sociopolitics of geolocation — there was basically focus on togetherness rather than discrimination and ultimately bigotry.  So it was probably easiest to survive as a Black person in the early history of the United States, unless you were an African who was part of the Atlantic Slave trade from 1492 – 1865.

And, about one-hundred years after the United States’ federal charter, our citizens decided to collectively claim our land in the name of Manifest Destiny, while continuing westward-bound out of the Great Plains on into the West Coast.

The United States Civil War started in AD 1863 and ended in AD 1865.  It took two years for the US government to kill all Confederate-side Southerners and put down people of citizenry who dared object to government moves and agendas.  In Northern Cali, San Jose was established in 1850 as a municipality of Santa Clara County.  San Jose is deep in a valley bordered on one side by the Sierra Nevada Mountains and on the other side by the Pacific Ocean.  It is very hilly land with several small mountain ranges in it and surrounding it.

One-hundred seventy-three years after San Jose was established the local economy — SIXTH LARGEST ECONOMY. IN. THE. WORLD.

Because of Black Southerners.  And their relatives.

Black people in the United States of America have a tendency to be the backbone to the most important developments in our nation’s history.  Not to say less about the contributions and the work and resources that the English and Mainland Europeans provided.  To do the opposite.  Black People in the United States supported the economic growth of the nation and the English and Mainland Europeans gave of themselves as additional support and encouragement.  It was as if the United States had grown itself.  And is where the concept of Manifest Destiny comes from — Manifest Destiny means we came here welcome and we will not divide and give it up.

Ultimately to show that we know there were people here that chose not to support our growth and fought against us.
