SAY NO TO JAIL—-100%

354 – 430 c.e./A.D. (Anno Domini)

Marcus Aurelius spread Christianity to Constantinople – Ottoman Empire. Marcus Aurelius established Christian Basilicas in the area, however several centuries later the Basilicas were turned into Mosques after they were conquered by the Muslim Persians.

Christian clerics saw the devastation to the Church coming from many epochs away. As long as the Muslim Persians were allowed to keep having/getting their way with the Catholic Christian Church, the Church would inevitably split. The Clerics wrote, presumably, a cautionary edict about the subversion and death of the Catholic Christian Church, how it started, what happened during the War of Religions, and a faithful account of what could happen in favor of believers versus what was likely to happen. The Clerics died with their writings. And The Holy Roman Empire ended.

The Power of The Holy Roman Empire

The Holy Roman Empire developed over the course of at least three centuries after the Birth of Christ. The Holy Bible says that Christ told Peter to ‘build His Church on this Rock,’ which later became known as the Vatican. Peter became a Saint, and stories of numerous conversions of Romans followed, thus inscribing the word Roman with the Holy ‘R’ Catholic Church and eventually Empire.

The flame was eventually extinguished in the face of the Holy Roman Catholic Church. The Bubonic Plague wiped out about three-quarters of the European population. The root of Moorish Invasion against the Church of Christ thus began, in conjunction with the Reformation started by the Anglican Church of England. Moorish Invaders and the Anglican Church of England both had strong treatises against the teachings of The Holy Catholic Church.

The biggest argument against the Holy Catholic Church was its insatiable quest for power, such as through the Spanish Inquisition, the selling of indulgences, and how the spread of its power helped the Black Death reach such a wide range of people in the European population.

The Spanish Inquisition was the most powerful of means (allegedly) used by the Holy Roman Catholic Church to spread the religion across Europe and into the Middle East. The Inquisition spread Catholic-Christianity by converting lost and hopeless souls into Catholic Christians. According to historical legend, many tortuous methods were employed to force populations of people to pledge allegiance to The Catholic Church and its principles. It was known as the Spanish Inquisition because it was started by Spanish-speaking royalty and believers that desired power and high roles in The Church of Catholic governance. Spaniard royalty apparently felt as though if they could convert ordinary people into Catholics, then the populations could be easily controlled. This would then give more power to Spanish royalty/royalty of monarchies of the country of Spain.

Once the Spanish Inquisition spread, it became easy for the Moorish Invaders to blame The Catholic Church for the Bubonic Plague. The Moorish Invaders claimed that the ‘filth’ of The Catholic Church helped if not caused The Bubonic Plague, and Moorish Invaders ‘introduced’ the cleanliness necessary to fight, stop, and remedy Europe and the Middle East of the Bubonic Plague. The Moorish Invasion, which began in about 1100 c.e., was successful at attacking and belittling The Catholic Church.

After the beginning of the Moorish Invasion of The Catholic Church, the Persians took the teachings of The Catholic Church and turned the Church against itself.

One of the strongest principles the Moorish invaders used against the Church involved the selling of indulgences. It was a simple way of telling Catholic believers that the Church was corrupt, and if the corruption was not stopped then the believers’ lives would again be at risk such as in the horrid deaths that happened during the Bubonic Plague.

Combined with the Moorish ‘introduction’ of physical hygiene, the propaganda of the new religion of Islam forced many believers in The Catholic Church to second-guess their loyalty to such a corrupt and dirty Church that only wanted to, ultimately, control the people and usurp ‘peasantry,’ if the Moorish attack is believed on surface level.

Moorish Invaders, eventually known as Muslims of the religions associated with Islam, began to start trouble for the Catholic Church by blaming the public commune of the Catholic Church traditions for the Bubonic Plague. Also, the public commune of the Catholic Church could not necessarily reject or deny the vast Holy Roman Empire spread the Bubonic Plague throughout Europe without prayer powerful enough to end The Black Death and prevent further spread of its human devastation and death toll of European populations. Eventually, the Moorish Invaders convinced enough of the European population that scientific ‘enlightenment’ was a justifiable reason to fight The Church.

Scientific Enlightenment happened to strengthen the Moorish Invaders several centuries into the Invaders’ attack on The Church. At the same time of the Moorish Invaders’ attack on the Catholic Church, the Church of England began its own attack on the Catholic Church. Epic poems and legends from the English Literature began to flourish as a way of drawing followers and believers of The Catholic Church into The Church of England, and eventually Anglicanism.

Science and the Scientific Enlightenment provided support for Moorish attacks on the Church and the fire and brimstone lessons of the Anglican Church of England.

In the middle of the disintegration of the Holy Roman Catholic Church began the Transatlantic Slave Trade. For a long time, much of history described the Slave Trade as started by Italian sailors trying to scientifically discover the earths circumference or if it was flat. There was a lot of debate about the earths shape, and given the background history at the time of The Transatlantic Trade, we can see how the moment of Science and Enlightenment came together to encourage Christopher Columbus and other Italians to voyage towards what later became the North, Central, and South Americas. America in reality is named after Amerigo Vespucci, one of the original sailors to the Americas.

Little did Vespucci and Columbus know the effects of slavery that lay ahead.

During the Moorish Invasion and around the time of the Scientific Enlightenment was the Reformation. The Reformation was the Church of England’s refusal to continue to accept the tenets of the Roman Catholic Church. Specifically, Henry the VIII, a king of England, wanted a divorce which is strictly prohibited in the Roman Catholic tradition. A German priest named Martin Luther wrote up the doctrine surrounding The Reformation so that King Henry VIII could divorce his wife. Consequentially, the Church of England became Anglicancised and started what is known to Roman Catholics as the Protestant Reformation; the Anglicans ‘protesting’ the religious dogma of the Roman Catholic Church.

The Reformation influenced English culture. In particular, English Literature became alive with allegory and epic poems expressive with rich exaggerations and colorful language about England’s protest of the Catholic Church and Queen Elizabeth I’s monarchy. It was borderline propaganda, but only because monarchy was debatable, seeing how many Europeans were fleeing England and Europe for more tolerable utilitarian and liberated lives in the United States which was under its infancy at the time. The celebration of freedom and a free life in the United States was made possible by the saturation and richness of the language resulting from Reformation English literature.

The Black Death-Bubonic Plague, combined with religiosity and the Scientific Enlightenment all but desecrated the Catholic Church. The Catholic Church withstood these hits at the religion by continuing to build cathedrals and coming up with tenets of the Counter-reformation. The Counter-reformation was and continues to be the defense of the Holy Roman Catholic Church’s tradition in keeping with the traditions that the Moorish Invaders and scientists alike often found themselves entrenched within as offensive.  In other words, The Holy Roman Catholic tradition did not die a quick or easy death, if any mortality was achieved at all. In fact, even today in the early 21st Century c.e. The Catholic Church continues its defense of itself in the face of a lowering number of parishioners.

What gets glossed over is that the early voyages to the Americas were made by vagabonds and vagrants of the Catholic Church.

During the Scientific Enlightenment, people were being ex-communicated from the Catholic Church often. For example, Copernicus was ex-communicated for daring to say the Earth revolved around the Sun. And Descartes was ex-communicated for coming up with the Cartesian method of mapping mathematics into science and the study of the cosmos. Some Enlightenment scientists were cut off from the Catholic Church for philosophical reasons alone, making a growing number of Europeans nervous, on-edge, and willing to chance travelling to the New World of the Americas in search of less controlled lives and more distance from the overbearing teachings of the Catholic Church.

The biggest glitch, if it pleases the reader’s will, was the transport of human life from Africa to the Americas to support the transformation of the New World from its native state to a state of European dominance and acculturation. The New World voyagers may have been desensitized to brutal conditions under European monarchy, but somehow managed to get Queen Isabella and King Ferdinand to finance travels to America in spite of The Vatican’s disapproval of the expeditions to the New World. Once the voyagers reached the American continents though, the Africans who came with the Europeans sought a separate and individual distance from the European travelers.

There is no refreshing tale and polite way to describe the Transatlantic Trade of Africans to the Americas. Nobody really predicted the level of distaste with which the Europeans would reach enforcing their own wayward laws and rules of the then considerate modern behavior. Some Africans went mutiny from the voyagers’ ships and arrived on the shores of the Carribbean Sea islands. Other Africans ‘made it’ if the term exists, to the mainland shores of South, Central, and North America. The European voyagers had no longer to be bound by religious laws or tradition and retrospectively and in error ordained themselves as rulers of the African voyagers.

In effect, North American slavery began with ragged wayfarers seeking better lives at the expense of vicious, barbaric treatment of African neighbors — who subsequently (and modestly) defended themselves — at the will of the seas in the Transatlantic Diaspora.

Ultimately the Africans and descendants of the African Diaspora won over the European Enlightenment settlers and built the lands of the Americas themselves. Since then, The Catholic Church has become slower at changing its religious dogma so as not to repeat (ostensibly) the basic behaviors of the vagabonds that started the seditious Transatlantic Slave Trade in the first place.

The rugged nature of the voyagers cast an ugly shadow on the free will that guided the Diaspora to the Americas.

The Black Death, hatred for The Holy Roman Empire, and the collapse of the Catholic Church essentially set up a three-part harmonious endgame for the local villagers of the Americas to restore peace in light of Pilgrims and Puritans escapade to destroy the spirits of Tribal Affiliated nations.

When we speak about politics we speak about bodies of populations of people and their personal business.

There are six continents full of political communities. Antarctica is a science lab so its not supposed to be looked at as political. In the six continental political communities there are people in what the justice system calls ‘jurisdictions,’ or places that have laws run by local representatives. A sheriff’s office in the United States, for example, belongs to its own  jurisdiction and cannot tell anybody anything outside it. A local City Hall has jurisdiction over its own municipality, and that means the local representatives are elected to legislate rules, requirements, and procedures in a given municipal-geographic boundary. Globally, the United States cannot govern a sovereign, foreign country. We, the US, have no more Constitutional space to compromise with foreign governments.

Even so, we still have all these politics and people. Cultures vary. Racism is bad, discrimination is worse, bigotry is bad. There is little to no chance of predicting crime based on somebody’s race or ethnicity. Study after study present findings saying race has nothing to do with having a predisposition to crime, or engaging in the criminal element. There is a Batman to every Superman.

This comic expression is probably the closest comparison that can be made about global governments and their relationships to each other. Otherwise there are so many political factions and only so many ways of analyzing them. The US has to watch all these political entities at some point or another for safety if nothing else. And with open immigration laws the United States will have difficulty as it has in the past in making sure anybody that wants to be a US citizen has a clear path to US citizenship, indiscriminately.

To answer the question of a possible jail for global crime: NO.

Emphasis intended.

Jail is more than punishing somebody you do not know. Because you do not know this person you are supposed to be nice, friendly, and provide sane, sanctified, and sanitary conditions in which prisoners may live with their time.

We, none of us, can handle our local jails and prisons. We do not need to tell other countries and people how to run their jails and prisons.
